We moved to the UK in 2018 having gained years of experience working in the bakeries and restaurants of Greece. We bring over with us many Greek style recipes, of course, but we also bring an attention to detail and love of flavour that permeates every meal we create at Home Cafe whatever its heritage.
In 2023 we opened Home Cafe, bringing the influences of Greek food to the people of Norwich.

You’ll find Home Cafe on the corner of Thorpe Road and Rosary Road - less than a five minute walk from Norwich Railway Station. We have tables indoors where our regulars and guests can sit down to enjoy their meals, and extra tables on our suntrap terrace for when the weather is fair.
There is also free parking for cars just opposite the cafe - which is free for 2 hours!

Our regular menu features the favourite full English breakfast and a range of sandwiches prepared fresh each day. Check out our counter for a selection of pastries, cakes and treats: we’ve always got something new on there for our diners to try.

The staff are lovely and friendly - so much tempting choice and new options have been added this year such as crepes which are highly recommended.

Number 3 the food is very clearly fresh and made in the cafe and you are spoiled for choice, you can tell people who understand real greek food work here. If they opened a greek restaurant I would visit all the time Pastries and cakes actually taste incredible and not like they are pumped full of sugar in a factory somewhere, good job and very glad I found this place !!!!

This is such a lovely cafe. Friendly staff and tasty food. Great coffees too with dairy free options. You can park for free for 2h on the road in front, which is helpful to know before visiting.
Exactly as advertised. Which is brilliant!. Open on the 30th of December, (most places wernt) staff where welcoming friendly and quick, food was great. Will be back and would highly recommend.
